Swiss CNC Machining

Swiss type machines were originally designed around the watchmaking industry in the late nineteenth century, and since then have evolved into multi-axis, multi-function machine tools capable of making complex, precision-machined parts for the medical industry.

First Article has five state-of-the-art Swiss CNC machines with integrated automatic bar feeders.  They offer high productivity and cost savings, and greater versatility than other types of machine tools.  These Swiss CNC’s are ideal for high-volume turning jobs, making long thin parts, making complex machined parts with just one setup, and holding extremely tight tolerances.
